Have been trying to reach support staff with no luck, regarding two purchases of chips packages of $11.99 each on Dec.31,15, and not only did I not receive the chips I did not receive the free spins. I waited until I could send copies of receipts showing my two purchases and have tried many different ways of communicating with them and have yet to receive a reply. I really enjoy this game but this lack of customer support, or utter silence, after spending well over $800 in order to get get to higher VIP levels, is utterly disappointed. Therefore I have downgraded my stars until they deal with their customer support problems as some of my friends are also having problems, and when they have dealt with my problem, back up to five stars again.

Lots of fun except you need to spend real money to enable storage and stuff. newest version is a lot more fun, however, sad that you lose all progress, coins, gems etc from previous versions n instead of just being able to update. seems to have less bugs.
