I love this game but customer support could be better

I love this game, Ive played it for over two years. Im undergoing chemotherapy and play this game when Im feeling ill or at the Drs. My biggest issue is customer support, theres been a few errors at which time I had to delete the game and reload the game and when the errors happened I lost coins, chips and gems :( some of which Ive paid for which is one reason Im really disappointed in the customer support.

I feel as if I have egg on my face because Ive told friends about the game and theyve spent money on the game. I worry that if they get errors that theyll be upset with me because the customer support is lacking.
