It"s a good game but it takes far too long to get anywhere.

Needs a video option for free chips

This game is only a money grabber you spend money to buy chips and when you play the slot games the wins are to far in between. I caution all players not to spend real money because this game is just a money grabber and when you make a purchase the game shuts down and when you log back on your purchase does not show up at all. A rip off

Fun but Im not really clear on what to do. Needs more explanation. Frustrating to wait for your bonus $.

This is not very nice game you either have to collect coins forever cause you sure do not win a heck of allot of games do not have face book for you to take contact list

Jan.7,2016 Have been trying to reach support staff with no luck, regarding two purchases of chips packages of $11.99 each on Dec.31,15, and not only did I not receive the chips I did not receive the free spins. I waited until I could send copies of receipts showing my two purchases and have tried many different ways of communicating with them and have yet to receive a reply. I really enjoy this game but this lack of customer support, or utter silence, after spending well over $800 in order to get get to higher VIP levels, is utterly disappointed. Therefore I have downgraded my stars until they deal with their customer support problems as some of my friends are also having problems, and when they have dealt with my problem, back up to five stars again. Lots of fun except you need to spend real money to enable storage and stuff. newest version is a lot more fun, however, sad that you lose all progress, coins, gems etc from previous versions n instead of just being able to update. seems to have less bugs.
